A Vintage Clothing Shop On Wheels
ThriftJam co-founders launched the first Thrift Bus in Utah in 2020. Instead of functioning as a donation-based thrift, the thrift bus offers a curated selection of vintage and reworked items sourced from recycling centers worldwide. This ethical supply chain enables us to leave local donation-based thrift stores and goodwill bins untouched and available to people in need. Although sourcing from recycling centers is far more expensive than local options, it allows us to offer both an ethical and highly curated shopping experience for our customers.

Return Policy
If your item doesn't fit or the style doesn't work for you we would be more than happy to exchange your item for one you can love & wear! Returns & Exchanges must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of delivery. To initiate your return/exchange please email thriftjamassist@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your request. As a small business, we do not have contracts with shipping partners to process returns. Customers will be responsible for shipping their return to the address provided over email.
Washing Instructions
Due to our items being up-cycled, the combined fabrics may need handle washing differently. Because of this we recommend washing on a gentle wash cycle and tumble drying on low heat.
Tiktok Shop Purchases
Due to TikTok Shop policy, any purchases made through TikTok may only be returned or exchanged directly through Tiktok shop per their policy.
